1. When have you felt spiritual vertigo? How is John 6 an encouragement to you?
2. Is there anything in your life you’ve turned into a functional Jesus? Ask your home group to pray for and encourage you as you lean into Jesus.
3. How does John 6 speak to predestination and election? What encouragement do you gain from this?
4. When have you made systems or logic more important that the Gospel?
5. Talk about a time, maybe even now, when you’ve had to rely on Jesus’ faith and love because you don’t have any.
6. Talk about a time you’ve felt a “thin spot” when God has made something ordinary holy. Spend time thanking God for those moments and the opportunity to be a thin spot everywhere we go.
